Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email, phone number and the details you give about your enquiry (type, option, date, location, number of guests, restaurant, message). They are only used to reply to your enquiry and prepare the service, on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling a request you initiated.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted [to be confirmed]. They are never sold or passed on to third parties, apart from the email delivery provider (Resend) that carries the messages.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit, we measure site traffic with Google Analytics (visit statistics, no advertising). This service sets cookies (_ga) kept for up to 13 months; Google may process this data outside the European Union. Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time below.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
